Official Launch of Autumn Club’s MOST WANTED @ Quattro
With so many clubs and bars alike shrooming at every corner of KL, clubbers are spoilt for choice and with such heated competition, Quattro KL has decided to roll out a brand new club night for every Friday, called the Most Wanted, happening at none other than the infamous Autumn Club at Quattro KL. If you haven’t been to or even heard of Autumn Club, well, where have you been? Here’s some info on the club just to entice you a little:
Autumn Club at Quattro KL has a temperature of +18ºC and it is said to be windy at all times. Featuring the longest bar in KL and spans a whopping 6,000 square feet, this colossal Japanese-themed club is the firs t of its kind in Malaysia. Colossal Japanese-themed? Are there geishas? Go check it out and see for yourself, folks.
A long queue of people was seen upon our entrance at the club, leading from the back of the club all the way to the bar. Yes you guessed it right, it was none other than the free flow of beers and house-pourings that has absolutely ‘disciplined’ the men in the house (well yeah most of them were men) to line up in order, us included. The free flow started at 8pm and for a whole two hours, the line was seen to be consistent and everyone was well behaved, all for free booze man! Per person could only get one drink at one time though, so a lot were seen queuing up with drinks in hands; and this went on for a whole good two hours till 10pm.
As the night came, the club slowly filled with people who were eager to party the night away, and by the time the free flow ended, the resident DJ got behind the decks and upbeat R&B music started playing loudly in the background, party mode officially switched on and the night was set.
More and more clubbers filling up the club as midnight approached and damn, it was packed, which is quite a usual sight on a usual Friday night in Quattro anyways, one of the hottest clubbing spots in KL. Dance floor was crowded with girls showing off their moves and the DJ cleverly dropping dancefloor –friendly tracks that got everyone partying like there’s no tomorrow.
The night was special as it was the official launch of the club’s Most Wanted night so how could the night be without someone special to officiate it? Even though he appeared on the decks pretty late, but superstar DJ Rocky Rock, the official DJ for the superstar group Black Eyed Peas, totally lived up to his name and rocked the house down for the night with his super smooth DJ set.
