Video Games Live is coming to Malaysia! After touring the globe for over 4 years to sold-out audiences around the world, the award winning Video Games Live is proud to announce its first ever show in Kuala Lumpur on April 17 this year at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. ZI Production Sdn Bhd will bring the highly-anticipated cultural phenomenon to Malaysia.
Billed as one of the greatest video game concerts to ever be produced, VGL promises to be a not-to-be-missed experience which seamlessly blends the music, magic and energy of electronic gaming culture and the majesty of game composers and musicians from around the world.
Video Games Live is an immersive concert event featuring music from the greatest video games of all time. Created and produced by industry veterans and world famous video game composers Tommy Tallarico and Jack Wall; top orchestras and choirs around the world perform along with exclusive video footage and music arrangements, synchronized lighting, special effects, solo performers, electronic percussion, live action and unique interactive segments to create an explosive one-of-a-kind entertainment experience.
Special events surround the show, including a pre and post-show festival. At other venues around the world, guests have enjoyed interactive game demos, costume contests, game competitions and the very popular meet-and-greet with top game composers and designers. The show features several interactive segments where audience members are invited on stage to play video games while the orchestra plays music to match the game. Classic games such as Frogger, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, and the popular Guitar Hero have featured before.
